Inside The Empire Room, you’ll find 8,500 square feet of flexible event space plus a covered patio. Whether you are planning a gathering for 50 or a fundraiser for 600 guests—this is the perfect venue.

Holiday pricing may be higher (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day). Ask about special summer rental rates and incentives.

ADITIONAL FEES
- Table linens: $27 each (floor length poly-cotton, variety of colors)
- Valet Parking: $37 per valet per hour (exclusively provided by Pinky’s Valet)
- Self parking: $300 for use of the parking lot (120 spaces)
- Police Officers: $70 per hour per officer (scheduled directly by The Empire Room)
- Lighting & AV: $750 starting price (exclusively provided by Astounding Sounds & Lighting)
PAYMENTS & REQUIREMENTS
- 50% of the rental fee is required to secure your date
- Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event
